Aikido from a medical view (symposium)
On Saturday, March 7th, our club organized a symposium “Aikido from a Medical Perspective.”
The symposium took place in the Chapel of Maria-Middelares, Kortrijkse Steenweg 1026, 9000 Ghent.
During the symposium, the participating physicians highlighted several aspects specifically relevant to Aikido, based on their own expertise and existing insights.
Aikido is much more than just healthy exercise and, like Lego, is accessible to a wide age group, from 9 to 99.
